Artistic Staging is a real estate staging company based in Danville, CA. Her clients are based all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, Cathy is a realtor for Coldwell Banker Realty in Danville, CA. For those who wish to have their home transformed into a home buyer’s dream, Artistic Staging can help achieve the client’s needs & expectations.

Real Estate is a different business than most are used to. However, since my client is a Coldwell Banker Realtor, I went & researched various popular agents within & outside the company for inspiration. Many of whom, have their in-house staging teams to deliver designs to. Feel free to browse these links.
I also sourced inspiration from various furniture brands/companies that had a hand in the initial designs for the website.

Surveys & forms
To determine my target audience, I created forms to determine perspective users needs & wants while viewing the website.
Word Map
I came up with a list of words to better understand my client’s real estate staging business.
These best suited the client’s representation.
Wireframes
The client wanted to emphasize simplicity.
Therefore it was decided that the website would be more of a micro-site.
I came up with a simple wireframe structure (“Homepage”, “About Me”, a “Gallery” (featuring curated photos of clien't’s work, & a “Signature piece” page.)
We are looking to design a website with the feeling of an art gallery, Pinterest board, exhibition aesthetic.
Moodboard & Aesthetic
Color Palette
These are the main colors that the client has requested to use. The slight issue is that these colors are kind of saturated. Though they insist that I use these colors.
Page Layouts
Four pages were designed, including:
a “homepage”, a “main gallery” featuring curated photos of staging designs, a separate page curating “featured pieces”, & an “about me” of the company’s founder.
