Existing logo

This logo is for another boat that the company personally owns.

The clients requested that this logo be used as a complimentary piece for the new logo.

Logo features a pelican, a nautical bird.

The dark teal in the color palette is reminiscent of ocean water typically seen at the docks.

Word Map

Some terms I found that described the luxury yacht.

Mood Board

I created a mood board that described the client’s existing branding. Accompanied by the company’s existing website, interviews & testimonials.

Sketches

I was inspired by nautical aesthetic & researched many possibilities, & came up with this assortment to show to the clients.

So I created a image of a pelican & provided similar text layouts to the logo.

Narrowing down..

Out of the many ideas & sketches, we narrowed them down to this sketch.

Though they preferred to have the logo changed to look like their previous logo, but loved the layout.
